- City Water Rinse: Final rinse to clean the workpieces.

- Stripping 1 & 2: Removal of photoresist material.
- Pressure Washing: Further cleaning to remove residues.
- City Water Washing: Additional cleaning stage.
- Blot Up: Drying of the workpieces.
