Operating Instructions for Optimal Use:

1. Connect Power: Start by connecting the machine to a 220V power supply.

2. Prepare the Workspace: Clean the glass tabletop and rubber cloth thoroughly. Ensure there are no debris or obstructions around the equipment.

3. Position the Film and Screen:Place the film on the glass tabletop and position the screen, coated with photo-sensitive emulsion and dried, on top of the film. Ensure the suction pipe is properly placed to maintain the vacuum state.

4. Secure and Power Up:Close the rubber cloth cover, fasten the latches, and turn on the machine using the power switch.

5. Set Suction Time: On the control panel, press the “Suction” button and set the suction time to 20-30 seconds.

6. Configure Exposure Time:Press the “Exposure” button and adjust the exposure time on the three-digit display screen, which ranges from 0-999 seconds. Depending on your screen requirements and emulsion thickness, an exposure time of 60-120 seconds is typically recommended.

7. Confirm Settings: Press the reset button to confirm your settings.

8. Start the Process: Press the “Start” button to initiate the vacuum and exposure process. The machine will automatically turn off the exposure light and vacuum pump once the process is complete.
