The HASL Post-treatment Machine is designed to perform post-processing of PCBs after the Hot Air Solder Leveling (HASL) process. It ensures the removal of excess flux and residues, delivering a clean and smooth surface for superior quality and enhanced reliability. Equipped with advanced drying and cleaning systems, this machine guarantees efficient processing with minimal manual intervention. This machine is suitable for cleaning residual flux and other organic pollutants on the surface and in the holes of printed circuit boards after tin spraying.

Features:

1. This machine integrates the functions of feeding, hot water washing, soft brush grinding, clean water spray washing, drying, hot and cold air drying to feeding, etc. It has a compact structure and occupies a small area.

2. This machine has strong versatility and wide application. By replacing brush rollers of different specifications, it can complete various process requirements such as deburring, pretreatment and brushing.
3. The brush roller can be pulled out from the left end of the equipment, which is convenient for replacing the brush roller.
4. The brush roller adopts an L-shaped single-arm swing structure, which runs smoothly and has low noise.
5. The lifting of the brush roller adopts single-end operation, and the lifting mechanism with simultaneous operation on both sides is convenient and fast to adjust the pressure. The pressure adjustment of the brush roller can be carried out according to the instrument display.
6. The transmission is driven by a DC reduction motor, which runs smoothly and has a large speed regulation range.
7. Both hot water heating and hot air heating are regulated by the P1D control system, digital display, working temperature can be preset, double digital display and over-temperature protection device.
8. Hot and cold air drying system: each has an independent air source, and the hot air is heated by infrared rays, which has high thermal efficiency and saves electricity.
